The last few months, I have a lot of work. Therefore I cook fast, but still tasty.
Today I had lunch (I had no time for lunch due job) and after,
when I went home at 5 o'clock I was very hungry. I opened the
refrigerator and the first thing I saw was the cheese and tomatoes.
This is exactly what I need.
I cut 1 tomato, camembert cheese
(cheese with white mold), and a little onion.
Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, black pepper and at the end olive oil.
It turned out very tasty.
And I was really fed up and got the pleasure of eating.
It's great recipe for a quick light lunch or dinner. I think if you add a little
garlic and basil, will be even tastier.
My daughter is as all kinds very like a sweet stuff. So today I am make for her
a strawberry pie.
The dough components are here:
150 gram of flour
60 ml of warm water
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon full of sugar
a pinch of salt
Take a 2 apples and cut it to cubes. Add 4-5 tablespoons of strawberry jam and mix all it.
Roll the dough into a thin rectangle. Put our filling on dough and distribute it evenly.
Make a roll. Smear your roll with butter from the top.
Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of C200 degree.
Very fragrant dessert that sure will be like everybody!
If you have some old not fresh bread, do not rush throw it. It may be useful.
You can cook very tasty toasts that just ideal for breakfast.
Especially this is something that love kind.
So, cut the bread to slices. Take 1 egg, mix it with about 50ml of milk
and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Put every slice of bread to the egg-and-milk
mixture and fry both sides on frying pan use butter.

We have now enough cold weather. So, there is a high probability
colds. And garlic will help us fighting with a cold.
Take 4-5 leaves of Chinese cabbage, grate 1 carrot, and grind 2-3 garlic cloves.
Add also 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of apricot yogurt,
a bit of salt and black pepper as you like.
Mix it, and enjoy very tasty, juicy and helpful salad!
I love this salad. It is very unusual and always surprised me with exquisite taste.
Grate boiled beets, finely chop few prunes, add 1-2 crushed cloves of garlic and 1-2
tablespoons of grated or shredded walnuts. Also, add a little mayonnaise,
salt and ground black pepper.
By the way, this salad have not only delicious taste but also very useful for the body
especially in winter.
The difference if this recipe from the classic recipe of shortbread is existence of baking powder. Thanks baking powder shortbread is a very gentle and just melts in your mouth.
Here is my recipe for shortbread.
200 gram of butter,
80 gram of sugar,
20 gram of vanilla sugar,
300 gram of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Quickly make a dough, roll up to 3-4 mm and cut use your beloved forms.
Bake about 10-12 minutes use non-lubricated tray, with temperature about
180-200 C degrees.
You can also try to add to your dough grated nuts, or poppy seeds, or cocoa,
or replace the vanillin with a cinnamon.
