Fruit jelly.

As usual, very tasty and easy to prepare dessert! Kids just love this!



Take 1 pot of any canned fruits like pineapple, peaches, apricots.
Slice to small pieces.
Rested syrup mix with some juice or water, we have to have some half-liter of liquid. You can also add sugar and/or lemon juice.

Put slices fruits put in a bowl. Now we need to make a filling.
Take the juice mix you make and add to it gelatin.
Read carefully instructions on the package how you have to melt it.
Exist many kinds of gelatin and everyone have to be melted differently.
When gelatin completely insoluble in your juice mix,
fill out this mix to the bowl with fruits.

Put the bowl in cold place until full congelation.
For removing your jelly from bowl just put it for awhile to hot water
and after turn on the bowl. The jelly just jumped from.




All it very easy, and kids very love this jelly.
It good in hot summer day as well in winter.

Biscuit roll

As always, this recipe is easily prepared, fast, delicious and impressive.




You have to have:

0.5 cups. flour
0.5 cups. sugar
3 eggs
1 packet of baking powder

Mix all very well and beat up on the empty baking tray covered by foil (don't use baking paper because sponge stick totally!).
Bake in a heated about 20 minutes, at about 180C temperature.

The filling prepare in advance. It can be whipped cream and sour cream whipped with sugar, or creamy cream and jam or marmalade as it is on my photo.

Warm sponge cake fill in with your filling and use foil for make a rolls. You can sprinkle powdered sugar also.

The easy carrot salad.

As you probably notice, I prefer easy and quick recipes.
And today I share with you very simple carrot dish, useful for
kids and for adult.

Yes, this is from carrot! Take 2 carrots and one radish, and grate all.
All a bit salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
The oil is important one, because exactly with oil our body
may consume carotene from carrot.



For anyone who don't know why we need a carotene, I answer:
it is very useful for our eyes and sight quality.

So, eat this salad and good luck!

Fruits and carrot.

Here is another salad with carrot, also very simply and useful,
especially for kids.

Grate one carrot, and one apple with one orange cut to enough small pieces.
Add one tablespoon of honey and a little bit olive oil.



That's all you need! Enjoy!

Balls from cheese.



Very tasty and simple recipe.
Looks delightful and able to make very quickly.


Grate 200 gr cheese and 1 carrot. Add 1 clove of grinder garlic,
a few black pepper and mayonnaise. Forming a small balls and roll it
in the boiled and grinder egg.

This dish perfectly approaches for parties.

Vegetable salad with a chicken.

Yesterday I have come home very hungry, so it was necessary to make
something quickly.
In my refrigerator I had a small slice baked chicken. Great. From it I
have prepared very tasty salad. Look at this:



I took 2 leaves of salad, 1/4 small onions, small piece of cucumber
and paprika. All sliced, put on a plate and added lemon juice.
A chicken to slice thin and put above vegetables.
1 slice of bread cut to small cubes, fry on butter and add to a
chicken. Also add tomatoes (I have cherry), olives and sauce.

My sauce was: mix mayonnaise, soya sauce and chili sauce.




As a result in 5 minutes I already sat at the table and enjoyed delightful,
refined and useful salad.

Mushrooms from Venezuela.




0,5 kg fresh field mushrooms,
1/3 glasses of vinegar,
1/2 glasses of vegetable oil,
2~3 clove of garlic,
10 peas of black pepper,
1 teaspoon salt ,
2 teaspoons sugar,
2 bay leaves,
fennel.

Wash up the mushrooms. If they are large cut it to halves or quarters.
Garlic cut fine. In a deep frying pan to mix all components, close
with cover and put to middle fire. After boiling turn fire to lower
and cook another 5 minutes. Next, move all to glass and put the glass
to refrigerator for 4 hours.



Very tasty, aromatic snacks. These mushrooms will be nice for every table.

Easy vegetable salad.

Very simple and very beautiful salad.



I will not write the recipe, because you can see all ingredients on this image.

Vegetable ragout.

According to this principle, I am make a ragout from any vegetables.
Just open the refrigerator and take all the vegetables are there.
The main principle here is that before all all vegetables should be separately



fried and only after mixed with salt and black pepper, and stew no more than 15 minutes.



Today, I have these vegetables:



onion
tomatoes
carrots
paprika
zucchini

My vegetables keep own colors due the fact that we fry all vegetables separately, and only after stew it mixed together with salt.



This is my way to keep unique flavor of vegetables.

Beetroot with an orange.

Beet is very useful. She even used to treat cancer disease.
Eating beet 2 times a month - it will be great cancer prevention.



1 boiled beet clean and cut to thin circles. 1-2 orange
also clean and cut to thin circles (do not forget to remove
pits).Serve it beautiful putting beet and orange on plate,
add salt, pepper and olive or sesame oil.



The result is very tasty, delicious.

Salad from cucumbers and eggs.



This simple cucumber's salad I love from childhood. And this is probably one of my the most favorite salads.

And, because exactly my mother teach me of this salad, I call it as "The mother's salad" :)



Ok, now how with it. I take 3 boiled eggs, 1 long green cucumber, 1 small onion, a few leaf lettuce, and dill. Slice all cut and fill out mayonnaise and yoghurt. Add salt as you like and black pepper.

Easy? Yes! But yummy and oh... how I like it!

For me it's perfect as separate dish or like garnish.

Colorful vegetable salad.

The recipe for this salad come own intuitive way :) Simply, I took vegetables
that has been in the refrigerator. But result was surprisingly tasty and nonusual.



The vegetables I has: onion, orange, paprika, leaf lettuce, black olives,
canned sweet corn.

Slice all vegetables, I sure the form size may be vary from one to other.
The amount of every component may be vary too, based on what you like or
what you have :)

Okay. Mix it all, add olive oil, salt, black pepper, a little bit mayonnaise,
orange (if your one is not very sweet, add sugar).




The result like a a lot as well as my family. It was very juicy,
beautiful and somehow gladness (from autumn sun maybe?) salad. Try it!

Potato salad.

Today I decide make easy potato salad and here is how I make it.

The cool stuff is you have not eat much, enough few spoons really :)

Well... I take 1 onion and finely slice it.
I take too 3 middle size potato, boil it, slice to cubes about 2x2 cm.
And as finish step I mix my onion with potatoes and add mayonnaise, salt, and
black pepper.


That's all :) Try it, you see this is very simply, this dish can make even a child :)
But it tasty and very nourishing!

Great looking vegetables without recipe

Yes, there are no any recipe :) This is just idea how to easy and nice serve vegetables.



So, slice all your vegetables and lay out to the large flat dish.

Yesterday I take one cucumber and few tomatoes and spice it with pinch a salt, pinchsugar, black pepper, fresh dill, lemon juice and drop a bit olive and sunflower oil.



As you see all this is very simple but looking nice. The vegetables served such way will great for any table, I sure. All brilliant is simple! Try it!

Fruits in the "air batter"

If you need to cook something quickly for your hungry kids,
keep in minds this recipe that I discover recently.

I call the dough for it "air batter" because it really very airy.
This is because the ingredients I take for it.

Firstly about fruits. You are free to take any fruits that you have
exactly now like apples, peaches, bananas, plums, pineapple etc.
But I think citrus fruits aren't good for it, just not fit.

Okay, now about batter. This is cool. You have to take 1 egg and beat
up with 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.
After add potato starch and wheat flour, 2 tablespoons both.
Continue beating. The batter have to be enough liquid, similar sour cream by consistence.



The pieces of fruits dip in the batter and use your favorite frying
pan or deep fry. The deep fry seem better. In case you use deep fry use
napkin for remover excess oil.



Spread with honey. Very tasty with warm milk. Enjoy!

Sweet thick pancake with vegetables

I decide to make this kind of pancake sweet, and with 1 small zucchini, 1 carrot and 1 apple.
Here is how I do this delicious and easy dish.

I grate all my vegetables, add 2 tablespoon of sugar, 20 gram of vanilla sugar, and a little bit salt, no more than 1/5 teaspoon.

Mix all it carefully and wait about 5 minutes until vegetables begin give out own juices.

The next step is adding 1 egg, 5 tablespoon of flour and half of teaspoon of baking powder. Again mix it up to uniform consistence.

Now I fry my thick pancakes (both sides) with small amount of oil.



As result I have great looking and nice smelled pancakes that you may eat with jam or honey.



Here is one more advantage. If your kids don't like carrots or zucchini you still may use these vegetables because nobody will have a guess what they eat :) So why not to make this tasty and quick breakfast?

Apple pie

The classic pie that I remember from my kids years...



Take 3 eggs and shake up in the glass with sugar and vanilla sugar (take about 20 gram vanilla sugar). You have to have at end thick foam.

Now add 1 cup flour, 10 gram baking powder and again shake it up. As result you have to have the dough similar to sour.

Now the time for apples. Take 3-4 apples and slice it to segments. Lubricate your beloved baking form and sprinkle it with flour.

Pour out to the form 1/3 of your dough, put half of your apples, now again dough, apples, and dough.

Put the form to heated oven (about 200 C degree) and bake it up to ready. Usually it take 40 minutes.



At end, take the cake out from the form. lubricate with any jam or sprinkle with sugar powder. That's all.

Baked apples

Well... time for sweety one! This stuff is so easy from one side and so nice from other so we all (I and all my amily) just love it!

This dish actual at any part of year, but now when apples awaiting pick up is actual much more!

Take the apples. Well know apples that you meet in any market or maybe your backyard too. Cut in half and remove seeds. Put apples into some fireproof tableware or just your beloved baking tray. Put to inside of each half teaspoon sugar. You can also add vanillin or cinnamon.
Now put apples in heat oven (approx. 200 C degree) and bake it about 15 minutes.



That's all. Excellent and healthy dessert. By the way, tasty great cold as well hot!

Spice vegetables.

There are very quick hot dish in case you have not many time for prepare your evening.

Well... Take 2 onions, 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, 1 eggplant.

All vegetables slice to long thin strips and quickly fry with small amount of oil in wok.

Add 2-3 garlic cloves and 2 tablespoons tomato paste. Turn the heat to a minimum.
Great. Now add spices: dry curry powder, black pepper, chilli, bay leaves, coriander, salt, sugar, a little bit of soy sauce.



Your great oriental spices vegetables ready. Very tasty, easy and fast. Cooking takes only 15 minutes!

The zucchini soup

I like it. Frankly, I just love it so much....



There is way that like me the most. Before all, boil a chicken. Usually I take chicken breasts or legs. Rest your chicken boiled and let's go prepare zucchini. Really, onemiddle size zucchini enough.

Stew your zucchini with onions up to soft.
Take boiled chicken, get out bones and chop into processor, add zucchini, 1-2 fresh garlic clove and a pinch of curry powder.
Next, add broth and 250 ml of cream.
Bring to a boil. That's all. Enjoy!

Vegetable ragout

3 onions
1 carrot
1 paprika
1 middle sized zucchini
1 eggplant
3 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves

For all people that care about own weight, I sure this recipe will be useful!



Diced onion fried in a pan with small amount of oil. Clean and slice carrot, add it to our onion. Now is time for paprika, slice it too and add to pan, and continue fried it all. All other vegetables sliced and add to pan too but please follow the sequence I tell you above, it's important.
After you add tomatoes, add salt and close your pan with lid. Keep in mind, you have to add salt at the very end, otherwise they not be cooked in time, and after added salt that put out own juice and eventually become like porridge.
After your vegetables fried about 10 minutes add 2 garlic cloves, black pepper and 1 bay leaf. Turn out after 5 minutes. That's all, you may call for eating.



Btw, it's great as separate dish and as side dish.

Eggplant's rolls

I want to share with you very delicious dish that I like very much as well as all my family.

Yes, this is from eggplants. And this is really original stuff!

So, here is it. Take middle size eggplant and slice it to thin plates,




fry all over into small amount oil.




Every slice spread with filling; roll up each.

Whit's inside? Take cottage cheese, soft cheese, salt, black pepper, dried garlic, grated walnuts and mix all.



Prepared rolls to sprinkle with grated walnuts. And it's all you need! Enjoy!

Potato medley with beetroot

For this very nice and great tasted vegetable medley you need:

4 middle size potato
1 carrot
4 middle size beetroots
1 large onion head
4 marinaded cucumbers
1 can with green peas


How with it? Easy! Please boil your potato and carrot, and separate boil your beetroot.
All ingredients dice up to 1x1 sm cubes, add peas (no need to cut :) ). Mix it good.
Add mayonnaise.



Result: very nourishing vegetable medley that looking nice due unusual color.

Tomatoes melange

The way I use for this melange you can use really for any vegetables. The main idea is not mixing vegetables but arrange it sliced on large flat dish.

Under sliced tomatoes I place leaf lettuce sliced to long thin pieces. I use sliced leaf lettuce always because it looking great, juicy and have a fresh taste. Any your vegetables will looking great placed on sliced leaf lettuce.

Such excellent arranged vegetable dishes suit well for any holiday or festive day as well as for just everyday family evening.

Today I take only tomatoes but dressed with nut sauce.

The nut sauce you can easy make from about 10 mashed walnuts, 2-3 garlic cloves and olive oil, all mixed.

Tomatoes must be beauty arranged on lettuce leaves. Use pepper, salt as you like. Pour all nut sauce.



Such way prepared dish great for any meat and as separate dish too.

String beans with eggs.



Today I tell you very simple but useful and beauty dish based on string beans.

I take a 500 gram string beans, remove tails, slice to pieces 3-5 cm and get it boiled about 10 minutes.



Next, take one middle sized onion and fry it to golden color. Add to pan with onion our boiled beans and cook it next 5 minutes. Don't forget closing the pan' cover.

Take 2 eggs and whip it with salt, black pepper and 3 garlic cloves. Spread to our beans and mix all it thoroughly.



Your beans will be ready ass soon eggs became baked.




Very well! Anybody want eat?

Stuffed zucchini.

This is a very useful and tasty.

Zucchini... The great thing!


Take a middle sized zucchini and cut it to circles about 5 cm thick. Get out the middle where located a seeds for having after the rings.



Place our zucchini rings on baking tray and put to each stuffing.



The stuffing really may be vary. All depends on your desires and fantasies.

Well, now our zucchini become ready to place it to hot oven for half hour. Do it!

When time is out, get baking tray from oven. Get smeared every ring mayonnaise and put tray again to the oven for some 10 minutes up to mayonnaise become redden.

Yesterday I use the shredded cheese too together with mayonnaise, but really it was unnecessary because cheese change general taste a lot.

Yesterday I use for filling
- minced meat
- rice (you have to pre-boil it until almost ready)
- onions
- the middle of our zucchini that were get out
- paprika
- salt, pepper, a little water



The result.
Delicious and easy but at the same time nourishing meal, perfectly suited for lunch in the warm summer day!


Btw, if your filling will be without meat, you will have great vegetarian dinner!

The marinaded cabbage at the moment...

You have to take a middle size cabbage head and cut it but not too finely.



Next, take 1 middle size onion and slice it to circles. One large sweet paprika that you shred. And one middle size carrot have to be grated.

Now the time for prepare your marinade. Take a half-glass (about 100 ml) oil, mix it with same amount of vinegar (I have 5% vinegar), 2 spoons full of sugar and 1 tea spoon salt.
Btw, that's all.

Now you have to boil the prepared marinade. Our mixed vegetables you have to put to enough large glass and fill it up with simmer marinade. Close the glass by cover. After 10 minuter flip your glass and place in on glass' cover.

When glass became cold your cabbage is ready.
